1017 Colin Stetson, Stian Westerhus, Erland Dahlen
1017 is a trio built out of a vision for music by three very distinctive voices in their own respective fields. Leaving the boundaries of genre behind for the love of playing live, the band got together and started touring immediately in 2023, writing most of the material on the road. Through intimate interplay they developed a unique sound on stage, and it quickly became clear that this trio’s music was far greater than the sum of its parts.
