| This project features the joining of two great bands - BUMP and PAN ATLANTIC. Bump was Previte's explosive band that toured in the late 1990's and early 2000's and made two records for Palmetto, "Just Add Water" and "Counterclockwise." PAN ATLANTIC is Previte's new all European ensemble that released their first disc in Fall 2009 on AUAND records.
Representing the BUMP side will be the legendary STEVE SWALLOW on electric bass, and the consummate musician WAYNE HORVITZ on piano. Representing the PAN ATLANTIC side will be two European greats: Austria's premier also saxophonist WOLFGANG PUSCHNIG, and Italy's star trombonist GIANLUCA PETRELLA.
This will be the first and ONLY tour, a one time only event.
Europe meets the US in the combination of the best of both bands - the depth of BUMP and the power of PAN ATLANTIC.
